The South West Scotland Screen Commission (SWSSC) offers a free and confidential service to the film, television and commercial production industry including information and advice on locations and permissions; contacts for cast, crew and facilities; information on accommodation providers and recce support.

Locations

Dumfries and Galloway has an incredibly diverse array of locations including magnificent mansion houses, remote farms, unique castles, unspoilt fishing villages, huge tracts of forest, hills and moorland, quiet lochs, bustling market towns and ruined abbeys.

Getting Here
